The crosspoint view Arcadia never had
Roles down the side, channels across the top, the key number in every cell. Talkers light up the moment they key, so you can see the whole show's comms at a glance, the way you would on a big matrix.
Flip to Edit and patch from the grid. Click a cell to put a channel on a key, change it to latching or listen only, then send every change to the CCM at once. A snapshot is saved first, so you can always roll back.
Tick Only active and the grid shrinks to just the people talking right now.

Know your packs before they die
Battery, signal, link quality and runtime left on every FreeSpeak pack, listed by role name instead of serial number. Each one shows the antenna it's on.
Spares sitting on the charger stay out of the way. A pack that drops off goes red and tells you, with a Mac notification, so a dead pack never surprises the stage manager.

Hot mic, caught
Somebody left a latching key open on the production channel. CommWatch puts a red banner across every screen with a running timer, turns their crosspoint red, and keeps nudging you with a notification until they let go.
You set the threshold. Latching keys get called out by name, because that's usually the culprit.

FreeSpeak RF without the guesswork
Packs per antenna against capacity, signal history coloured by which antenna carried the pack, and every handover logged with a time stamp.
CommWatch tells you what it sees in plain words: the pack ping ponging between two antennas in an overlap zone, the antenna sitting weak behind a truss, the one that's full.

A black box for comms
Patch Arcadia's Dante outputs to the Mac and CommWatch records every channel, keeps a 30 second instant replay, and transcribes speech right on the Mac.
Scrub the timeline to see who keyed at 9:41 and hear exactly what they said. Search a week of transcripts for "standby" and jump straight to it.

Comm sheet sync
Point it at your comm sheet in Google Sheets or Excel. It builds the channels and roles, FreeSpeak and wired, and shows every change before it touches the CCM.
Snapshots
Save the CCM config at load in, compare it to what's live now, and roll back in one click.
Comm plot and pack labels
A printable comm plot and Avery 5160 pack labels, straight from the live roles.
Remote listen
Phones on the show network open a page, enter a PIN and listen to any recorded channel.
Talker log
Who keyed which channel, when, and for how long. One file per day, CSV export.
Demo mode
No Arcadia handy? Run a simulated show with live packs, talkers, RF and a hot mic to try it all out.
Nothing leaves your Mac. No account, no tracking, no cloud. CommWatch talks to your CCM on the show network, and transcription runs locally.
